As a Jersey City resident of over 20 years and the Mother of two teenagers. Micheline comes by her ties to the LGBTQ+ community as the proud daughter of Political and LGBTQ+ Activist and Advocate, Stanley R. Lewis who served on the San Diego Pride Board for over a decade. Micheline is currently the Chief People Officer, North America for DDB one of the most highly ranked, worldwide marketing communications network which includes creative advertising agency adam&eveDDB, AlmaDDB and DDB Chicago.  Prior to joining DDB, Micheline was an Executive Director in Human Resources for JPMorgan Chase’s Consumer and Community Bank where she focused on talent processes, programs, and initiatives that affect roughly 135,000 employees. Before JPMC, Micheline was a Senior Management Consultant with Ernst & Young’s People Advisory Services,  with a practice on the human capital aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A). In addition to her HR and M&A work, Micheline spent more than 15 years focused as a HR Business Partner with companies like Experian and eBay.  Micheline is proud to be a member of the Board of Trustees for Hudson Pride Center.
