Susie Gervolino is the Youth Program Coordinator for the YouthConnect (YC) Program at Hudson Pride Center. She fosters a community for LGBTQ+ youth (aged 13-24), and leads bi-weekly workshops. The YC Program engages youth by providing a safe space for them to socialize, learn, and navigate through the daily challenges of life as LGBTQ+ individuals. 

Susie obtained a Master of Public Health, with a concentration in LGBTQ+ Health, from Rutgers University. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young queer individuals and understands first hand, as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, how important it is to create a welcoming environment and supportive programming. 

In her free time she loves singing in her car, “castle hunting” with her partner, spending time with family, and volunteering at a local cat shelter! She is proud to be a new resident of Hudson County, and is so excited to be able to serve the LGBTQ+ community so close to home.
