Antonio “Tony” Parrales is one of the rare individuals who was born in Hoboken, NJ and is a not so rare, proud Jersey City Native.

Tony is of Puerto Rican and Ecuadorian descent and lives with his husband Jośue across the street from where Tony went to school as a child. Tony has leveraged his access to resources and opportunities by being involved with multiple organizations in various capacities assisting the gay, homeless and HIV/AIDs impacted communities. He has worked with the North Jersey Community Research Initiative (NJCRI), Buddies of NJ and TheCentre of San Diego, to name a few.

Tony has a B.A in Finance and a Master of Arts with a concentration in Organizational Communication. He was a Professor at Kean University for many years and is the Owner of two Organizations whose intentions are to help individuals become the best version of themselves and to help create generational wealth opportunities for men and women of color.

Tony brings his consulting and education experience to reach those in our community who need information, dialogue, and a safe space to help others.
