Neil Abadie has led non-profit, Fortune 100, and start-up e-commerce businesses for more than a decade. He has carried technology-based leadership roles at several world-class financial intuitions including Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Abadie’s expertise in information technology, operations, and business development enables him to create efficient business practices in each of his leadership roles. Prior to joining Safe Bus Inc. Mr. Abadie was the Director of Operations for Bonhomie Productions. Bonhomie is an e-commerce company that also has rich roots in its brick and mortar locations in New Jersey, which led Neil to sit on municipal business planning boards. Neil has spent many years before entering the startup world working in technology roles at various financial institutions. In 2005, at 19, Neil joined Lehman Brothers as a software engineer, their youngest technology employee at the time. Throughout his tenure at Lehman Brothers, and following at Barclay’s Capital and Goldman Sachs, Neil led various technology initiatives that were critical to business operations and senior management were reliant on his ability to provide stable, accurate and innovative technology solutions.
